Very very rude woman! Was very rude and hostile while serving. Then when I tried to take an item back as I changed my mind (item was unopened and I showed recite) she started shouting at me and just didn’t listen to what I was saying. DO NOT support this shop!!!!!

Very unhelpful and rude woman ! Said internet didn’t work to give me my parcel and had to really insist and at the end it was possible!! Very bad service.
