I ordered a flat white, they made me wait a long time for a coffee and they were very rude, everyone had a very sullen face, I don't understand how people come here. Everything is awful

Once upon a time, it was my favourite coffee shop, as I love their coffee.. and they have a good selection of cakes for all dietary needs The staff are shocking, and I think that's a real shame as they never used to be, when Alex was the manager.
