I saw a couple of negative reviews and felt compelled to say that I have used this store a few times a week for years and years and it's completely sound. Staff are nice, it sells stuff, never had a single problem there. Keep up the good work.

Can you please train your staff properly? I tried to buy an Observer newspaper this morning (I have a subscription card) but two of your staff couldn't process the transaction.
