Service is really poor in this takeaways, they hire staff and leave them on shift by themself, lack of knowledge and poor communication skills. Chicken cottage used to be high standard and good quality service now its worse please fix this place.

Went in and ordered a spicy chicken wrap which ended up giving me food poisoning and putting me in bed for a week. Absolute terrible food I’m shocked they’re still open .

Never again, I do not recommend. I ordered fries that were undercooked, the only plus was the topping. Finger-sized chicken strips with 1% meat and the rest is tasteless breading. I would give it less than one star but I can't when it comes to the food. The only plus is good service and people who work there
