Excellent customer service from Boots Castlepoint, Toleen was very happy to help ,not a fuzz and went extra mile, she is an asset to this branch with a lovely smile .

Avoid at all costs. The children they have working in the pharmacy have messed up a vital prescription 5 times by forgetting to re order and have told me it was my fault. Extremely aggressive and rude manager did not believe me when I said I had a hidden disability, furthermore completely berated me for shopping late.I Asked to file a formal complaint, the manager refused asking me to leave.Have complained to Boots with no support or response.
