They really need to bring back the fitting room, I would understand if there was not room, but it is there! It was closed because of Covid, however never opened it again. It really puts people off from buying as also the refund policy is only for 2 weeks. This is a shame, otherwise a nice charity shop.

No fitting room so they have a refund policy, 14 days and that’s a problem when they are often closed. I went to return an item that was too large they were closed for 5 days that week, went again the next week closed again, the following week I was out of the country on holiday so no refund for me. What totally appalling...
