Had problem with my new glasses, Tracy was brilliant and very patient, she understood my problem and took time to try and resolve it. New pair on the way.

My wife and I visited the opticians today. Just came back. We were so impressed with service, we went back to ask the opticians name so we could leave him feedback. So...
