I changed doctor a year ago, and every time I go to the new pharmacy I thank my lucky stars I don’t have to go to Boots anymore. It’s not the fault of the staff, it would be worth writing to the management to get them to do something.

The chemist in Boots in Salisbury street is so rude went in at 5pm on Saturday evening to get a urgent prescription as the repeat prescription had not been made up which was ment to be collected on the 11th of January.
