Went to the post office in yelverton today to post my parcel and the man behind the dest wad so rude and bellowed at me that I was queuing the wrong side, his manners are non existing, the words please and thank you are not part of his vocabulary. Advertised closing times are highly misleading. They are not open late in the evening. Staff within the store are often abrupt and unhelpful. There are many other post offices nearby that offer a much better service.
