Booked and paid via 'Pitchup'. Arrived to find that no staff are available on site. All the toilet and shower blocks closed and locked. Pool? free wifi? Bar/lounge? Nope! none of it. All locked up and shut down. Only one open with broken toilet seats and showers which I wouldn't enter without without a full hazchem suit.... read full comment

We arrived on Saturday 10th August, for our camping break booked back in April. It was clear that some changes had been made since our holiday the year before.
