After several discussions with the Company, I managed to get a full refund. I have updated my review now to 3 stars.Terribly disappointed with the product we received, after telephoning to find out which Stovax part would be correct for our Stockton 5.Unfortunately the Stovax P - Rope is far too thick for our Stockton 5...
