self checkout only, no one on the till, which i personally prefer :)

Exceptionally poor service … I was appalled. The shop was sectioned off for a stock reshuffle and several items I wanted to buy were in the sectioned off area. A few staff were in the stockroom and shouted that I couldn’t buy anything from that section. I asked them to pass me the items but they shouted no. A young... read full comment
