Some of the comments on here are disgraceful and should be taken down. The closure of Boots , short on stocks due to a national issue with some medications and at least two members of staff off ill,one with cancer and the other with serious medical concerns. Obviously there is a major problem since Boots closed, so why aren't the senior management addressing it. Closing at lunchtime, when people need to get their prescriptions. Staffing issues - bring in from other stores - locum staff- another Pharmacist even?Income must have doubled, so surely they can afford it!! Come on... read full comment

Went in to collect my sons asthma medication that had been ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. Prescription wasn't ready so I waited and waited and waited! 45 minutes later I asked what was going on only to be told that it had been put aside and forgotten about!
