On every rail they have one item of colour size and length. Yet, they offer 2 for a price. When I asked for a second pair, I was told they had all the stock out. When I pointed they had one of each colour, size and length I was told that's the way it is. Really!

incompetent, I wasted 30 pounds and I discovered that you can't add your name to my football shirt because it's the training one, it's a shame that when I bought it they told me that I could and that I had to come back another day because they had run out of letters.
