I've only just discovered what a gem this place is. My first visit was to buy a strong padlock with a key. The person I spoke to for advice was so helpful and patient; I bought exactly what I needed. The second visit was 'Click and collect' for 2.5m of very good quality downpipe at half the price I was expecting to pay.... read full comment
