Appalling service and a theiving branch. Went to withdraw cash from their ATM which according to them "Was working fine" but it took money from my account but didn't release the cash. Terrible customer service, trying to open a separate savings account. 3 visits to the branch no joy. The guy very dismissive, and basically said if you don't want to set it up online yourself, then they can't be bothered. An appointment for advice seems impossible, and when I said I would try somewhere else, he just shrugged.... read full comment
