Staff nice, but not entirely sure why is the bank still closing at 3 pm when every other bank is open till 5 and why is it still closed on Saturdays???

Torquay, Arrived 9,15am to bank 15k in New notes, I'm a customer of 25 years+ although all 4 staff were doing nothing, no customers in bank, I was told the notes were bent and they would not go through a machine, the manager was deliberately obstructive, telling me to go to another bank!
