I closed my accounts with NatWest after an experience in Tiverton Branch trying to transfer a deposit on a house. The women was unhelpful, incredibly rude, and felt the need to laugh at the situation. I made a formal complaint to Natwest as a whole, to later find she had also pretended to be a manager.
