Terrible and rude staff,I would rather drive to Exeter to do my banking

Everything is fantastic but stay far away from the immediate pay in machine, it deserves a hammer! Every time I use it it spends ages complaining that it can’t recognise notes and so what’s the point.

Absolutely Brilliant!! Branch Manager Ben and Larissa were fantastic. Little hiccup with an appointment but communication was clear and all was sorted. Appointment was excellent and professional.
