For me it was good, I went in got what I wanted quickly and even used the self serve without any problems.

Ildi goes above and beyond for customers in the store, always so happy and smiley. I've had several panic attacks whilst in the shop and she always does her best to calm me down, reassure me and offers to grab the rest of my shopping for me.
