Arrived at 12.15 on Saturday 02/12 to find closed with staff inside chatting , lights off.
I then had to contact, explain to a business for work done, why I couldn’t pay them until after the weekend,

Excellent service from Sam. Very efficient and knowledgeable in assisting me with my elderly parents accounts. Friendly and patient , even when it turned out I hadn't got the correct paperwork. Soon resolved and quickly processed.

Horrendous public service. Couldn’t get into bank as working so asked husband to pay 2 cheques in. Staff regused as he wasn’t a signatory on account. Said if he posted them in letter box they would be rejected. What an absolute nonsense. Time this branch was closed it’s so useless.
