Went to collect a parcel 20 minutes before the advertised closing time but guess what? They had already closed.It's not good enough, I needed the contents of that parcel that evening.

My sister in law made a special journey from Bere Alston to renew her photo driving license, a service shown as available at the Tavistock branch. However after queuing for 20 minutes she was told that as there was only one person on shift so the service was not available as it takes too long! My sister in law was advised...

Stupid amout of long ques out of the four counters ,only one open ,then 20 mins before they close the lady pulled down the closed counter sign and walked off ,then someone from the shop was behind the counter ,and a man from the main shop as he had no customers came and got people to serve at his counter
