It states on your web sight that your opening hours are from 8am until 13.00hrs. On your local site it shows that your office is closed (11.25pm). I have a weekly delivery of Investors Chronicle delivered every Friday. We had a Friday delivery, no Investors Chronicle. We have not had a mail delivery since Friday. It is... read full comment

The hours cited here are incorrect. The office is only open 0800-1000 during the week.
