Shocking customer service, both ladies rude, curt and extremely unhelpful. EVRI and other couriers have a parcel-shop listed there, I would have any item delivered somewhere else, staff need re-training on how to deal with and connect to the public, after all it's us that keep you in business. Yealmpton Village is so lucky to have a well stocked local store which provides many additional services to offer convenience to its customers.
