Kept my 80+ year old mother-in-law standing for 45 minutes when she tried to swap the wrong perfume that the assistant had sold her in error. Mother-in-law had lost the receipt but could prove the purchase by her bank statement. The manager kept her waiting over half an hour and she was in agony, they didn't even offer...

Abit dear for me, but the poor man lol when me and my daughter pop in the shop, overwalmed on how we where treated by that member of ur staff that day.Thank young man x
