I put an order through Uber was told nearly an hour later that The Pasty House could not deliver my order and just cancelled the order. They didn’t even phone me to ask if I wanted to change the food with anything else. They don’t have a glue how to deal with customers. Definitely need training on customer service or...

Staff are polite and they have a good variety

Gone down hill since it’s been under new management. Menu is greatly reduced and they’re not doing their famous ice cream milkshakes anymore. No table service anymore, everything is served in bags with no cutlery. Place was dirty too.
