The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Good selection of products, and with the use of the loyalty card, their prices are good.

Not the best customer service. Parcel delivered on Tuesday but no email received to say it is ready for collection until 10 minutes after I contacted them and asked. I didn’t have ID when collecting the parcel so the staff member said remember “my name” to her colleague. Talk about stereo typing someone, she could... read full comment
