Would be helpful if you could remove this as the branch is now longer open and wasted my time driving there today

staff are nice enough if you can actuaply get to them! Opening times are useless, i dont even work a 9-5 but i struggle to get a time when they're open! Their atms never work either - one just ate a 20 pound note from me and I cant even contact anyone for help because its a saturday! ridiculous.
