Parcel was 'stuck' here for nearly 2 weeks. The retailer re-sent my order because of this & put a claim into RM for the lost parcel. Funnily enough the replacement order arrived on Saturday & then out of the blue the original one arrived on Sunday. The receptionist was kind and friendly and was ready to help. He had good customer relationship.

Been waiting for a 48 hour delivery, which has been sat doing nothing for 72 hours. Was due monday its now Wednesday. No updates. No communication. Offices are only open at ridiculous hours. Entirely unhelpful.
