Queue ran the whole length of the zig zag barrier and out onto the shop floor. Only two positions open. Went to another post office. Shocking lack of service!

Absolutely terrible. I would never come here if not absolutely necessary. I always dredd coming in because I know there will be a queue of 20+ people and I will be in line for over 40 minutes with just one till open but there will be another member of staff just pottering about the queue, taking people to self service but...
