The staff at this pharmacy were working very hard under challenging conditions today. Despite long queues and IT problems all the staff were very professional. External factors causing the long queues need to be reviewed asap

unfit for purpose, understaffed not big enough, expect to be waiting upto an hour for a prescription and outside regardless of weather

Very poor service, I waited for 2hrs to be told to come and the next day for the medication. Staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic towards my ill child who had spent over an hour waiting outside in the rain. I am disgusted and appalled with the service.Patients should be able to go to other Pharmacys to get their prescriptions... read full comment
