I selected Ebrington Pharmacy as my nominated pharmacy upon moving house. I have now transferred back to my old pharmacy despite the longer journey due to an awful experience here. I had to wait 40 minutes in line (whilst they were searching for lost prescriptions), to finally reach the desk and be told they didn’t have...

Awful, had to move here as my pharmacy shut down. prescriptions are never ready on time, staff are so disorganised.They never answer the phone & ignore emails, really awful service.Will be moving away from this chemist.DO NOT recommend to anyone!!!

Awful service! Medication is never available even when you beg a text message to say it’s ready! Staff are not nice at all! We are still paying customers, improve your customer service!!Anyway, will not be using this pharmacy again!!
