Got there for a frappe / the drive in was closed so had to go into store/ the American member of staff js so patronising - the frappe ice got stuck in my straw as wasn’t ground down properly / they’re always so busy and it seems customer service goes out the window :(

A very compact coffee shop within a larger retail store. Tables were small & close together. It felt cramped & somewhat uncomfortable. It was very busy & we had to wait for a table. The coffee was fine as usual.
