Tried to call last week and waited 3 hours and 20 minutes before my phone ran out of battery, tried again today (1 hour 50 minutes) didn't get through. I always find the staff welcoming and can't do enough to help.I have banked with other high street banks in the past but these are the best by far keep up the good work and I look forward to banking with you into the future.

Didn't wait long to be taken for my appointment. Ladies there are always smiling and helpful. Good atmosphere and a pleasure to use. Miles away from how it used to be when people hated seeing their bank managers. Now it is a joy to enter the building. So different than 60years ago!!!ʘ‿ʘ
