Absolutely outrageous! Never pic up phones. When waiting on important medication & question why it’s late No staff! U just have to wait or I don’t care! Massive queues for prescriptions all the time, only ever seems to have 1 staff member doing the prescriptions, need more staff as it can take up to 12 days from putting request in to be dispensed. It's not the onsite staff fault but management need to take the pressure of them and employ more staff
