This place is crazy..always long queues going to the door or atleast half way..The usual (4) staff are really good, efficient & friendly. The lady who served me today, was extremely rude and abrupt in her manner, not only to me, but I witnessed the same poor level of customer service too the people in the queue before me. As store manager she should know better and needs training in a decent level of customer service. Another customer commented the same... read full comment
