I went in to collect a prescription. I had to wait but there were a lot of people in the shop, so I waited on other side. The lady shouted my full name and the prescription to the whole shop! Never anyone serving on the other till, and you end up waiting in the huge pharmacy queue for ages just to pay for something. If you mention that you aren’t even collecting a prescription they just make you wait still. The queue is consistently out the door every day of the week, I avoid going here at all costs.

Turned up for my pre-booked flu jab. I am at an at risk group. Got turned away because they dicided last minute only to vaccinat over 65s. Had my newborn son with me, weather was awful. Totally messed around
