Unempathetic and rude pharmacist loudly broadcasted a patient’s business for everyone else in the queue to hear. Also warning that this pharmacy has an arbitrary cut off for when they’ll stop filling prescriptions which is 30 mins before their actual closing time, if this is the case it should be made clear on the opening... read full comment

The staff are usually helpful and polite but the whole pharmacy feels disorganised. I could go in a week after my prescription is sent over and it still wont be ready. They also never answer the phone. Been trying frequently for the last two days and they just don’t pick up. Shame really. It’s handy that they’re open... read full comment
