Have DPD delivery details including picture of delivery and POS and despite DPD AND PO saying in writing I could collect with that information, staff wouldn’t let me have parcel even though my name was on parcel and have driving licence ID.

My second time there, the first was awful..thought i,d try again, oh my so so rude and i,m polite, told them thèy are not helpful all friendly , they both look totally fed up , do us a favour and think about retiring

I would give this 0 if I could. The lady saw me coming towards her and started sighing and grunting, it seems I was an inconvenience to her because I wanted to send a parcel…. Beyond rude, I will never go here again and urge others not to!
