Bit odd this branch l went to invest in an l.S.A. from my account there and they couldn't do it until May because of computer updates. So l popped over to Yorkshire building society, no probs.

I find the staff at this branch excellent. The only issue I find a problem at the moment is concerning the atm (cashpoint) machines outside. I know the bank can't do anything about the position of the machines, being less than 2 metres apart, but I think one of the machines should be put out of action. I was at the machine...
