I drove 40 minutes to pick up my package and this man named HAFIZ refused to give it to me because I didn't say correctly what it came with, evri or royal mail…. he spoke very badly to me, he was very aggressive!!!!! if someone can help me make a complaint for this man (I called several numbers but he didn't answer)

At least we have a post office but quite honestly not the warmest of welcomes nor indeed helpful. I always come away thinking I should have gone to Chagford instead.
