Super friendly staff in this store, I love going in there and will always chose this over shopping online. The young girl and manager with the Scottish accent are so sweet , friendly and helpful. I love chatting with them and they always help me find what I’m after. They’re so generous and sometimes give out free samples...

Store is very well presented, the range of products very good.However the very abrupt senior staff member with the scottish accent could do with going back to charm school. Clearly target driven. Her approach is unwelcome.
