Say open but closed before hours. Need new management

Not even worth 1 star!Always closed. Leaving pathetic hand written notes on the front door saying ‘closed for 5 mins’ but is closed for a lot longer than 5 minutes.Supposed to be open until 10pm but always shuts before 7.
