staff are most helpful.especialy nathalie who carried the chair to the car for me.replaced the screws for us .no trouble.they are all so helpful.

Relatively open access for wheelchair users, level everywhere with mild shallow slopes in the garden centre and entrance. There is a lift to the mezzanine floor however the light inside doesn't work so it's quite dark
