It’s a shame we’re so surprised these days when we receive good service but I definitely feel Louisa deserves a mention for her skills and patience recently when I had a tech problem in the Newton Abbot branch. I opened my bank account at this branch several years ago. Its personnel are very kind, professional and friendly. It was nice to meet them.
