Dingy, poor lighting, you’d think a charity like BHF could fit some decent lighting.Expensive. Not a good array of stock.Volunteers seemed nice however

All the staff are well kept with customer service standards. The shop displays are most presentable at the best of times . It does not smell like like a charity shop at all and have some of the best little finds.
