Useless, I redirected a parcel to my local PO as I am out most of the day, I then received a email saying they had tried to deliver to my home address but no one was in.I then went on line to get it redirected again and the next day I get a email saying exactly the same thing again.I then went onto the app to get it redirected... read full comment
