They have been so helpful and straight forward to deal with. During storm Darragh when we had no electric for 4 whole days, I bought a generator. There was nothing wrong with it but it wasn't powerful enough to boil a kettle, and Screwfix gave me a refund on it when we took it back. Not the best screwfix. You can be waiting ages for click and collect, even after checking in..no idea what the staff are doing, but its not dealing with customers.
