Got through to answer machine .No response back after leaving my details. Parcel was on 48hr delivery . I got my parcel 72hrs

If I could give them a 0 star I would! Since employing new staff I've booked two collections yet nobody has turned up for both! The old staff would always collect in the morning. Nobody is answering the phone either! What's the point in this service if they can't do it?

Almost every letter and parcel for the last 2 weeks have been late.1 parcel also delivered to wrong property.
