Staff are polite and work hard but it's just not working. Long queues to collect prescription, when you do get to the front and get your prescription is always missing one or two items or you have to wait again usually 20+ minutes. Staff are very friendly and seem to do their best, but the whole system is unorganised and inefficient. My prescription got sent over on Thursday afternoon. Nothing complicated, just one item. I went to pick it up on Monday and after a 45 minute wait I was told it hadn't even been made up and I had to wait at least another...

I know the staff work hard but they need to employ more staff and enlarge the place and car park what’s going to happen when all these houses are built. We old folk don’t like having to drive several miles to collect our prescriptions and when we get there they are not ready and a lot of medication is missing my husband...
